Digrazzi Arancini

Why our partners matter

Arancini might be small, but the world they move through often isn’t. Our products live in national distribution networks, hotel groups, and multi-unit restaurant systems where volume is high, expectations are sharp, and there’s no patience for inconsistency.

Working with bigger companies isn’t just a badge. It’s pressure-testing. If our arancini can perform there, they’ll perform anywhere.

Built for independents, proven with giants

We started by thinking like chefs in independent kitchens: tight brigades, limited space, real constraints. That’s still our design blueprint. But over time, those same decisions—structure, sizing, freezing, batch control—made us a natural fit for larger partners who need reliability across multiple locations and markets.

When a product behaves the same way in city after city, line after line, it stops being “one more SKU” and becomes part of the system.

Distribution that can reach

To support those partners, we work with large-scale distributors who understand Italian product and foodservice realities. They bring the reach—refrigerated docks, regional hubs, consistent routing. We bring the quiet engineering inside each arancino. Together, that means a chef in one market can expect the same performance as a chef hundreds of miles away.

What size really buys you

For operators, the benefit of all this scale is simple:

  • Predictable quality from case to case and unit to unit

  • Less time onboarding new locations or teams

  • Confidence that menu items built around our arancini will travel and replicate cleanly

Big companies don’t “like” our product—they rely on it. That’s a different bar.

The same bite, no matter the room

Whether it’s a single dining room or a national group, the guest experience still comes down to one moment: a plate landing on a table. Our job is to make sure that arancini bite feels the same—crisp shell, creamy center, clean flavor—no matter how many covers the property does or how many locations share the menu.

If our work lets both independents and industry giants serve that same quiet, confident bite, then we’re exactly where we’re supposed to be.
